Experiential Workshops
Monthly live workshops for embodied insight, integration, and forward movement
These workshops offer a chance to experience my work in a live, interactive setting.
They are experiential, whole-being gatherings designed to support integration rather than instruction.
Workshops invite movement—internally and sometimes externally—through guided exploration, shared inquiry, and embodied practice.
They are not lectures and not therapy.
They are spaces for felt understanding and realignment.
The Nature of the Workshops
Workshops are:
- live and relational
- internally focused and embodied
- intuitive rather than prescriptive
- spacious without being vague
There is room for conversation, reflection, and shared exploration, while always returning to direct experience.
Many arrive feeling uncertain, foggy, or inwardly crowded — and leave with more space to hear themselves again:
- a clearer sense of what is ready to shift
- renewed connection to their own inner intelligence
- practical insight that continues to unfold afterward
What Workshops Tend to Support
Workshops may explore themes related to:
Body
Listening more closely to sensation, rhythm, and internal cues.
Life
Clarifying transitions, decisions, or next steps that are already forming.
Space
Noticing how environments affect presence, energy, and choice.
As with all of my work, these domains are woven together rather than treated separately.
How Workshops Fit Within the Larger Work
Workshops are part of the Wise Women’s Compass.
Some people attend a single workshop as a way to experience the work.
Others return regularly as a form of ongoing refinement.
Many eventually move into mentorship or guided clearings, once they sense the fit.
There is no expected path.
Each format supports a different rhythm of engagement.

- are curious, reflective, and open to subtle change
- want support without pressure or performance
You don’t need to prepare or arrive with a goal.
Your presence is enough.
