Guided Clearing Sessions

Ongoing group clearings for recalibration, spaciousness, and integration

The guided clearing sessions offer rhythmic, collective support for releasing what no longer belongs — so your system can settle, reorganize, and move forward with greater ease.

These sessions are experiential and internally focused, with minimal conversation and no pressure to share. They are designed to support integration rather than insight accumulation.

Many people participate as a steady form of nourishment alongside a full, engaged life.

A perfect time to attend is when you feel:

  • energetically “full” or overloaded
  • unable to reset after demanding periods
  • affected by environments that feel heavy or draining
  • ready to release what they’ve been carrying for too long

How These Sessions Work

  • Two live group clearing sessions each month
  • Online gatherings with strong facilitation and minimal structure
  • You may attend regularly or drop in as feels supportive
  • These sessions are included for mentorship clients

There is nothing you need to prepare. You’re invited to arrive as you are.

What Clearing Touches

Clearing may naturally involve attention to:

Body
Releasing accumulated tension, emotional residue, and habitual effort.

Life
Letting go of patterns, roles, or situations that have quietly completed.

Space
Restoring ease and coherence in the environments you live and work in.

The form varies, but the intention remains the same:
to remove what no longer belongs so your system can reorganize itself with less effort.

For Those Who Want More Context

Some people appreciate exploring clearing in specific settings or forms.
If that’s helpful for you, you’re welcome to explore the pages below.

These pages offer additional context only. They are not required to participate in the guided clearing sessions.

How Clearing Fits Within the Larger Work

Clearing is one of the ways, integration happens within the Wise Women’s Compass, alongside mentorship and experiential workshops.

Some people engage primarily through group clearings.
Others weave clearing into longer-term mentorship or attend workshops as well.

There is no expected path.
